The Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE) St. Croix District informs the public of a modified schedule for Eulalie R. Rivera (ERR) K-8 School, effective Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Parents and guardians of students attending ERR are advised that this new schedule has been implemented in response to the ongoing heatwave affecting the Territory and concerns about extreme classroom temperatures.
The Bureau of School Construction and Maintenance is continuing its efforts to address heat-related challenges at school sites and is working diligently to improve conditions for students, faculty, and staff.
All students, faculty, and staff at Eulalie R. Rivera K-8 School must follow the new abbreviated schedule starting October 15, 2024. This schedule will remain in place until further notice. Lunch will be provided for all students, and bus transportation services will continue for those who use the school bus.
